Please be advised that the reception will take place outdoors at track level, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, alternative arrangements will be communicated to ensure you can continue to enjoy the festivities comfortably.

You will have the opportunity to participate in our Derby Hat Challenge, where standout styles may earn special recognition, bragging rights, and a few fun surprises throughout the evening.
So gather your finest race-day attire, top it off with your most fabulous hat, and get ready to strut your style at the track!
Time Permitting
Go behind the scenes with our guided Paddock Tours and experience the excitement of race day up close.
Led by a Guest Experience team member, guests will visit the Thoroughbred Paddock to see horses preparing for their upcoming race. Learn about pre-race routines, preparation processes, and what goes into getting each horse ready to compete.
You’ll also have the special opportunity to meet a Thoroughbred horse and gain a closer connection to the sport and its traditions.
Don’t miss this unique chance to experience the energy and anticipation just before the horses hit the track.
The Argosy Keybase Wealth Management Race
Experience the excitement of having a race dedicated exclusively to our group during the evening’s festivities at Woodbine Racetrack.
As part of our Day at the Races reception, one of the evening’s live races will officially be named the
Argosy Keybase Wealth Management Race,
giving you the opportunity to be part of an authentic racetrack tradition and unforgettable race-day moment.
Guests are invited to cheer on the horses as they race down the stretch and celebrate alongside the winning horse and jockey during the official Winner’s Circle presentation following the race.
An official commemorative race presentation photo will also be provided after the event, allowing you to relive and share this unique experience long after the evening concludes.

Race-Day Wagering Experience

As part of your Day at the Races experience, guests will receive complimentary betting vouchers that may be used at their discretion on any of the races taking place during the reception portion of the conference.

Guests are welcome to simply enjoy the races, the hospitality, and the experience, or use their vouchers in a lighthearted way as they follow the action on the track.
